Don is a long term Edmontonian and graduate of the University of Alberta. He has been involved in real estate as an investor, property manager, sales representative, sales manager, or real estate broker for his entire career. He established Realty Canada Inc. in 1989 and the company has been proudly providing services for its local, national, and international real estate customers ever since. Over the past 45 years Don has been proud to participate in a number of charitable, business, and real estate organizations that help our community develop and succeed. Don enjoys fly fishing in the mountains, international travel, and hiking through Edmonton's spectacular river valley.

Val came to Realty Canada in 2018 after working as a Sales and Marketing assistant with Christenson Developments.  Val is outgoing, adaptable, and a fast learner, which has allowed her to gain various employment experiences. Her varied employment history includes being a co-owner of a laser cutting shop, payroll, bookkeeping, sales, and administrative positions. She is the first face you see or voice you hear at the office.  On her off hours, Val enjoys time with her family on their acreage, their spoiled cats and dogs, and a variety of creative hobbies.

Kimberly has been working as support staff in the Real Estate and Property Management field since she was able to type, first learning the ropes assisting her parents with their real estate careers. Joining Realty Canada Inc. in 2008 provided her the opportunity to learn an additional diverse set of skills that enable her to assist other staff in many different areas, including: accounting, administration, correspondence, and maintenance. When not in the office, Kimberly enjoys spending time with her family and myriad pets.

Rina has been with Realty Canada Inc. since 2008.  Before joining Realty Canada, she worked for an accounting firm where she gained invaluable experience. Rina holds a Master of Science degree and is a NAIT graduate in accounting. She loves to work with numbers and enjoys solving all sorts of accounting problems. With a solid understanding of accounting, many years of working experience, and great enthusiasm, Rina administers the financials related to property and condominium management in the company. Rina is active in her church community, practices Thi Chi and enjoys walking in the city trails with her family in her spare time.

Tina graduated from NAIT with an accounting diploma and has been putting it to good use for the past 10 years.  In addition, her schooling also includes an education degree. She is still continuing to upgrade her accounting skills. Tina is very personable, dedicated and we are fortunate to have her working with us.  In her spare time she enjoys playing the piano with her young son and travelling to new places.

Steven's background is in math and science tutoring, but his true aptitude is in accounting. A fresh NAIT diploma holder, he recently joined Realty Canada to help serve our growing number of condominium clients. When he isn't playing with the neighbourhood cats, Steven like to bake, sing and play badminton.

Dan Lachambre has been a real estate investor since 1998, gaining valuable experience in tenant relations, complex management, and property maintenance.  As both a board director and manager, he has extensive experience with the operations of condominiums including capital projects.  Dan is a NAIT graduate in both Finance and Marketing, had a career in sales management for over 15 years, and subsequently managed a construction company for seven years before focusing exclusively on condominium management.

Christa has been a dedicated professional in the Property Management field since 2004, continuously seeking opportunities to expand her skills and expertise. She thrives on the variety of people and tasks she encounters every day, bringing energy and enthusiasm to everything she does.

With a background in marketing and digital media from NAIT, Christa combines her creativity and technical knowledge to enhance her role as a valued team member at Realty Canada.

Outside of work, Christa loves spending time outdoors, staying active with workouts, diving into fiction and self-help books, tackling DIY projects, camping, cheering on her kids at their hockey games, and caring for her pets.

Chris entered the Real Estate field in 2003 when he began operating his own buy, fix, and sell, company. In the process, he acquired more than twenty rental properties for his own portfolio. Looking after his portfolio for many years gave Chris firsthand experience in dealing with the issues that arise when managing property. After acquiring his Alberta Real Estate license in 2014, Chris shifted into property management full time with the knowledge and confidence to help other property owners. Chris is personable, caring, and has been a real asset for our customers.

Carlo was born and raised in Edmonton, and has been licensed to sell and manage property in Alberta since 1999. His property management experience includes 14 years managing condominium projects and over 6 years managing single family properties and apartments.

Carlo is an active member of the community coaching and managing soccer teams, fund raising and volunteering for his church. Family time is important to Carlo, including watching his boys play their team sports and barbequing food for large family gatherings.

Russ has been a professional in the Real Estate and housing industry over the past decade. This is a career that he feels is both rewarding and fulfilling. Molly is a Golden Retriever who just turned 1 in May 2023.  Her hooman mom is Val Daniels.  She has been coming to work with Val since she was a young pup.  Due to her being a "people pup", she has slid right into being the office greeter with ease.  When she is not in the office she enjoys fetching most anything, catching water from sprinklers, playing with her brother Max and of course getting belly rubs and eating doggo treats.
